Bethesda's motion was denied in the U.S. District Court allowing Interplay to continue work on Project V13 or better know as the Fallout MMO. The suit was filed early this year because Bethesda claimed Interplay breached their contract in 2007 and did not have the rights to create a project under the Fallout franchise.

Interplay has released another concept art for their Project V13 MMORPG today, bringing the total to 4. The game is also well known among gamers as the Fallout MMORPG because of Interplay's involvement, the post-nuclear setting and subtle hints such as the V13 meaning the vault numbers.
